When my skin burned and my mind wouldn’t stop: my journey through anxiety

Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic attacks or obvious worry. It can show up in so many different ways - racing thoughts, overthinking, constantly imagining worst-case scenarios, or feeling like your mind just won’t switch off.
