Please note we’re currently only providing mobile or virtual (over Zoom) therapy sessions. These will be done in the comfort and convenience of your space.
New clients have the opportunity to begin their journey with a free 30-minute consultation. This session can be conducted in person, via a Zoom video meeting, or through a phone call. During this session, we will delve into your objectives and determine a suitable treatment plan. Please choose a date and time below during which you can be available without distractions for our conversation.
Common Booking Questions

Simply visit the Booking page and select a date and time that suits you.
We will send you an email with the confirmation of the booking shortly after. The email will list the time, date and location of the appointment.
A $90 (GST inclusive) deposit is required to make a booking. The remaining $90 is payable on the day.

Rescheduling is accepted any time before the date of the appointment.
Please be respectful of other clients and give as much notice in case they want the time you had booked.

Cancellations are accepted any time before the date of the appointment. Please be respectful of other clients and give as much notice in case they want the time you had booked.
Cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur 50% of the consultation fee.
Not attending an appointment will incur 100% of the consultation fee.

We offer payment via Square to make payments safe, secure, and easy.
Types of Sessions We Offer

Brighter Life Therapy does not operate a one size fits all approach. Each client is unique and this initial call is an opportunity for us to check that we are a match for the outcomes you want.
Most importantly, if we find that we might not have all the right tools to help you, we'll be upfront about it. We'll happily connect you with someone who can. We always stick to what we know and what we are good at - it's our way of treating you with care, respect, and kindness.
Please allow 15 to 30 minutes. There is no charge for this conversation.

This session is the most talk based of all your sessions. This is when we will talk through your intake form. We wont spend too much time talking about the reasons the problem started, but it will be in this session that you may want to tell some of your story. You don’t have to though. The focus of Brighter Life is for you to achieve just that, your Brighter Life not to wade through your past.
We’ll discuss what you want to achieve and outline a proposed treatment plan, including letting you know what you can expect in future sessions, how many sessions you are likely to require for best outcomes. We will also cover what is expected from you.
This session will normally run longer than subsequent sessions, so please allow 90 to 120 minutes.

For these sessions to be a successful, we ask you to bring your commitment to the table, as we're committed to helping you make progress and positive changes. We expect you to approach our sessions with sincerity, sticking to the scheduled times and engaging in the techniques we offer, and often enjoying some good banter along the way.
You may have some small tasks or mini homework between sessions, and you will be provided with a recording of the hypnosis for you to listen to in between each session. This allows your progress to continue throughout the week, leading to a more fulfilling experience.
The Brighter Life Therapy approach is engaged, focused and strategic and can be categorised as brief therapy. The treatment plans usually run across 6 to 8 sessions, depending on your unique situation. Sessions are run weekly to ensure consistency.
These sessions will run for up to 60 minutes, however we ask you to allow yourself an additional 15 minutes in case we run a little longer.

These follow the same format as a standard session however are for times when we have agreed to tackle extra elements that may require a bit more time. This will be discussed prior.
You won’t need to book one of these unless we have specifically discussed it for your circumstances.
These session may run for up to 2 hours.
